RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. 

To initiate a return:
1. Email info@maancy.com with "Return + Order #" in the subject line
2. Our team will provide return authorization and instructions
3. Ship your return within 5 days of receiving authorization
4. Allow 3-4 business days for inspection and processing

All items must be returned in original unworn condition with complete packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Custom orders
- International orders
- Items marked as final sale
- Orders purchased with store credit
