Shipping policy
All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service ("UPS") or DHL. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders shipped to destinations within the contiguous United States.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Our standard service is UPS Ground. We also offer expedited shipping options at carrier-calculated rates based on the destination. Please contact info@maancy.com with any questions regarding shipping options.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
MAANCY ships internationally using several shipping methods, including DHL and UPS services with various delivery timeframes:
- DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct (typically 9-14 business days)
- UPS Worldwide Expedited (typically 4-6 business days)
- DHL Express Worldwide (typically 2-3 business days)
For most international destinations, duties and taxes may be:
- Included at Checkout: When using our Managed Markets service, all applicable duties, taxes, and fees will be calculated and included in your total purchase price at checkout. The price you see is the complete price you'll pay, with no surprise charges upon delivery.
- Collected Upon Delivery: For certain destinations or shipping methods, duties, taxes, and customs fees may not be included in your purchase price and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. In these cases, MAANCY is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees assessed on international shipments.
Available shipping methods and duty/tax handling will be clearly displayed during checkout.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND LEAD TIMES
MAANCY offers both "Ready to Ship" and "Made to Order" pieces:
Ready to Ship pieces are available in our inventory and typically ship within a shorter timeframe.
Made to Order pieces are handcrafted specifically for you when you place your order. Each piece is handmade in Los Angeles with careful attention to detail and craftsmanship. These items typically ship in 3-5 weeks.
All lead times are estimates and may vary depending on production capabilities. Items are labeled accordingly on their product pages and in your order summary at checkout.
ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you place a single order containing multiple pieces with different lead times, your order will ship when all items are complete and ready for shipment.
If you prefer certain pieces to be shipped as they become available, please contact us at info@maancy.com to arrange separate shipments. Additional shipping fees may apply.
INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS
For international orders:
- If a full order is refunded before fulfillment, duties and customs fees (if collected at checkout) will be refunded
- Refunds for duties, customs fees, or VAT are not provided after an order has been fulfilled
DAMAGE AND REPAIRS
In the event you receive an item that appears damaged or defective, please email info@maancy.com promptly. Include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
